Work within a team to develop comprehensive plans, ordinances, and programs to provide for future growth, utilization, and revitalization of land and physical facilities of the city. Within this, offer effective and practical solutions to ordinance and policy conflicts. Utilize knowledge of the Comprehensive Plan, Strategic Plan, Strategic Economic Development Initiatives, and other applicable policy documents. Responsible for representing the Community Development department in various interdepartmental responsibilities, and able to conduct public presentations/briefings to community groups, commissions, councils, or other similar public forums. Lastly, conduct evaluations of land use and development proposals and implement planning policies that support adopted City goals and objectives.

Assists with the classification and integration of Facilities Management building and infrastructure documents into a researchable database and a physical plan vault, currently utilized by multiple disciplines within Facilities. Assists in managing, improving and resolving issues that arise when cataloging documents in to the ImageSite Database.
